Programación de entrenamiento para MEDIAMARATÓN Nivel medio (1h20-1h45)
Planificación basada en el ritmo. Es necesario dispositivo con GPS para control de ritmos o realizar los entrenamientos en entornos medidos (pista de atletismo o similar).
5 sesiones semanales durante 13 semanas de entrenamiento específico para mediamaratón
Es muy importante realizar correctamente los tests iniciales y los test de evaluación continua para poder determinar el ritmo de velocidad funcional de cada atleta y posteriormente poder determinar las diferentes zonas de velocidad en los diferentes momentos de ejecución del plan
