PFM Half marathon Plan This plan will start when you start so get ready to tackle your goals. Training for a Half Marathon is not all about the mileage. Coach Weller breaks down the weeks to set you up for success and getting to the starting line healthy and fresh so you can have the best day out there running and hitting your goal time. You will see a mixture of Track,Yoga,Hill repeats,mileage runs and shorter runs to strengthen your longer run. Be sure to hydrate daily including all runs and eat healthy to empower each day.
