Este plan de media maratón está diseñado para corredores que pueden entrenar 6 días a la semana
El plan:
-Incluye "entrenamientos estructurados" de TrainingPeaks prediseñados que pueden sincronizarse con Garmin, Suunto y Polar.
-Incluye 2 entrenamientos de fuerza y 4 de correr (1 de ellos largo) a la semana.
-Las sesiones están prescritas por ritmo y tiempo.
-Se basa en estimaciones FTPa de los tests periódicos.
-Sirve para corredores de muy diferente nivel debido a la individualización.
La individualización se debe a que los entrenamientos están prescritos por tiempo, de esta forma la distancia es escalable para cada deportista, los corredores más rápidos realizarán más volumen de distancia semanal y viceversa.
Los objetivos de ritmo se individualizan para cada corredor a partir de los test con el ajuste autómatico de TrainingPeaks o ajustándolo manualmente. Los test se realizan al principio del plan y cada 4 semanas.
