Se trata de un plan de entrenamiento para una carrera de 20 - 25 km con un desnivel positivo aproximado de unos 1500m D+

El programa de entrenamiento está constituido:
- 3 tipos de calentamientos específicos
- 6 programas de fuerza
- 3 programa de trabajo de core
- Asesoramiento nutricional para carreras
- Test de ritmos
- Progresión de D+
- Tappering de 3 semanas

Se recomienda este plan de entrenamiento para gente que haya hecho alguna carrera de 10 - 15 km de montaña, incluso para alguien que haya hecho alguna media y quiera mejorar su rendimiento.
