Plan Description

This group is ideal for anyone who is interested in learning to run or getting back into running safely.

This is a 12 week, 3 day a week training plan that starts with 1 minute run intervals and gradually increases your run time and distance to 5km.

If you are in the Elgin - St Thomas area we do offer group run time on Mondays 7:00pm at Pinafore Park, Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:15am at Joe Thornton Arena, Thursdays 7:00pm at St Joes Track, and/or Saturdays at 10:00am from Coffee Cultures (you can mix and match too if needed)
