This is our Level 3 Active Beginner 5k training plan for the Tyler Rudolph 5k.
This plan is for those comfortably who can run 20–30 min and maybe already doing some high intensity training. This plan alternates Thursday hill work with light tempo fartlek; Thursday of race week stays easy. This plan is RPE based (rating of perceived exertion).
