This 4-week 5K Beginner Maintenance plan by GA Endurance is designed for newer runners who want to preserve consistency and basic 5K fitness between structured training cycles.
It is best suited to athletes who can walk briskly for 30 minutes and complete short run/walk intervals. The weekly structure uses manageable training frequency, clear intensity guidance, and purposeful recovery.
