This 4-week 5K Advanced Maintenance plan by GA Endurance is designed for experienced runners who want to preserve running fitness, consistency, and speed between race-specific training cycles.
It is best suited to athletes who can run 8–10 km continuously at a controlled effort and can train consistently 5–6 days per week. Each session includes a defined purpose and practical intensity guidance.

Requirements
- Ability to run 8–10 km continuously at a controlled effort
