Indiana Performance Rebab Intermediate Return to Run Program.

This 9-week plan is designed to gradually progress you from a walk-to-run routine to the ability to complete a 15-minute tempo run and a 50-minute long run. All runs are structured based on time rather than distance, with training intensity determined by heart rate percentages. Easy runs should be kept within 50–65% of your maximum heart rate, while tempo runs are performed at 70–80% of your max heart rate
