Plan Description

This plan is designed for beginner runners, or those who are looking to get back into running after a while off, that want to complete their first 5k! The plan is a slow walk run progression over 16 weeks.

Each plan also comes with optional strength training sessions scheduled twice a week, and each run day has a prescribed pre-run dynamic warm up and a post run static stretch session.
