Plan Description
Dette træningsprogram er lavet til helt nye løbere – både børn og voksne – der vil bygge formen sikkert op fra sofa til 5 km på 12 uger. Planen passer perfekt til dig, der er utrænet, let overvægtig, eller bare aldrig har løbet før. Alt er baseret på tid, farver og rolig progression, så du undgår skader og får en tryg oplevelse fra dag 1.
Du kan forvente simple og overskuelige træningspas med 2–3 pas om ugen. Hvert pas er nøje beskrevet med tydelige intervaller og fokuspunkter, så du altid ved præcis hvad du skal gøre. Der er ingen pres, ingen jagt på tempo – kun stabil udvikling og realistisk progression, som kroppen kan følge med i.
Der er ingen krav om avanceret udstyr. En almindelig løbesko, lidt tålmodighed og viljen til at bevæge dig 30–40 minutter ad gangen er nok. Et GPS-ur eller app kan være en fordel, men er ikke nødvendigt.
