Plan Description

Congratulations on deciding to start your running journey.

This plan is designed to take you through a 3 month progression towards running a 5K without stopping

Some people will be able to move ahead faster depending on where their current fitness level and body adaptions are.

I have built this so that even the person who has never run before can enjoy the progression.

The reason that it is spread over 3 months is because I believe in giving the new runner rest days in between for the first month and then slowly phasing this out to become 2 day runs at a time.

You body is going to go through enough adaptions and stresses over the course of 12 weeks and the last thing you want to be doing is to not give it ample rest and restorative time.

Please also feel free to your the "POST RUN COMMENTS" section for getting a hold of your Coach as you are on the "ASK THE COACH" training package, so this gives you access to a coach who is working behind the scenes with you.
