Follow this plan to the best of your ability and you will see results.
Things you need before you can Start;
- Ability to run 40 minutes without a break
- Time availability to run three or four times a week, including parkrun most weeks
- No niggle or injuries (I don't want you starting on the back foot)
- Shoes that are appropriate and not worn out

If you miss a run, just let it slide, don't try to make it up.
Sundays run is optional, but recommended - getting better at running takes practice, the more running you do, the better you'll get at it!
