Plan Description

Find your red line and then hold on for the ride.

- Elite endurance methodologies that have been successful with thousands of soldiers and endurance athletes.

- Great for getting back into running or to work speed in the offseason of your long-distance races.

- Also very effective to simultaneously prepare for the 2 mile and 4 mile run tests in the military.

- Beginner to advanced versions available.

- 12-week programs but may be shortened to 8 weeks, with your race day being on the last day of the program.

- 3 Training Days Per Week

- Starts at 1 hour per week (3-5 miles) and peaks at 2 hours per week (9-12 miles)

- To begin this program, you should have been walking for 1 hour per week. No prerequisite running required, but you should be healthy enough to be able to.

- To condense to 8 weeks, skip the first phase. You should be comfortable with half an hour (or 3-4 miles) less than the peak volume.

- Ideally, this program should be paired with one of the Transcend Endurance Strength Programs. They are all designed to build a solid base of strength early in the program and peak with functional strength for running performance at the end!

Training Peaks is an amazing software that allows you to sync the workouts to your Garmin. You will be led through the endurance workouts from your watch in real time and through the strength workouts (if you pair it with one of the Transcend Endurance Hybrid Strength Program) from the app on your phone with the ability to log your completed weight/reps/etc.

The Transcend Endurance Course will also be sent to you with this program. That educational guide will help you get to know me and what I believe in, gain a better understanding of the programming concepts, it will help you individualize and adjust the program to flexibly meet your specific needs, and it provides numerous practical application tips to implement the program well and get the most out of your recovery. There are 3.5 hours of audio recordings on all the slides that you can reference at your own pace. I was advised to sell this course for $500, but I wanted to help the most people possible and believe that everyone that buys one of my programs should have access to this information, not just my private coaching clients.
