Plan Description

From zero to 5k in just four weeks! This beginner-friendly running plan is designed to gradually build your endurance, strength, and confidence, without overwhelming your body. Whether you're brand new to running or looking for a structured plan to stay consistent, this program will guide you step by step to your first 5k. At the beginning of the 5th week you will find your new 5k pace!

Each week includes 2 easy runs, 1 fartlek style run, and one easy long run.

Why does it work?

Progressive Training - you'll start with a short threshold test to determine your paces and heart rate zones to train in. This will guide us throughout the whole program. Then you will gradually increase your time on feet to prevent injury and build endurance efficiently throughout the program

Short & Manageable Workouts - Each training session is designed to fit into your schedule while maximizing results - no more than 30 minutes per workout.

Smart Recovery & Support - With built-in rest days and injury prevention work, you'll stay fresh and avoid overdoing it while making steady progress.

By the end of the 4 weeks, you'll be ready to run a full 5k and feel strong doing it!
