Ready to crush your 5K time? Whether you're a beginner aiming for your first personal best or an experienced runner looking to shave precious seconds off your race time, the Elevate Your 5K plan is designed to help you run faster, stronger, and smarter.

This 6-week training plan, offered for free by Elevate Fitness Coaching, will guide you through a well-structured program to optimize your running form, endurance, and speed. Based on lactate threshold principles, the plan includes a mix of interval training, tempo runs, long runs, and easy recovery sessions. With a focus on lactate threshold pace and heart rate, you’ll learn how to train at the optimal intensities to maximize your race-day performance.

What's Included:

Weekly Structured Workouts: 4 days of running, including interval training, tempo runs, endurance runs, and long runs.

5K Test: Establish your baseline with a 5K test in Week 1 (or choose a local park run) to calculate your lactate threshold pace and heart rate.

Progressive Build: Gradually increase intensity and volume to ensure a steady improvement in fitness.

Recovery and Rest Days: Designed to allow your body to recover fully, with key rest days on Monday and a recovery run on Friday.
