Plan Description
This program is designed for those who are new to running and strength training. The running portion is time based so you do not have to worry about having a GPS watch to track distance (unless you want to!) The strength portion requires dumbbells and resistance bands. This program will gently increase your endurance while building strength. At the end you will be able to complete a 5k race of your choice!
