Plan Description

This plan is intended for the individual looking to complete a 5k. It works best for individuals that can devote about 4 hours a week to training and need the structure and help in starting and safely finishing a 5k race. All that is needed is the plan, the motivation to get out the door, and being able to smile as you cross the line of your 5k event.
