Plan Description
Ce programme d'entrainement de 6 semaines est conçu pour les gens qui cherchent à se mettre en forme par la course à pied et la musculation. Ce plan hybride est le parfait équilibre entre le travail musculaire et la progression en course à pied. Le but est de s'améliorer progressivement tout en diminuant le risque de blessure à l'aide de la musculation. C'est un plan qui s'adresse à des gens débutants en course à pied et en musculation. Le plan musculaire est également fait pour être réalisé dans le confort de chez soi. Peu de matériel nécessaire. Il y a de 2 à 3 séances de course par semaine, plus deux journées de musculation possible. J'ai également déposé une série d'exercices bonus de prévention de blessure pour les coureurs. À la fin des 6 semaines, vous allez être en mesure de courir 5km.
