This is a ‘no equipment’ training plan, although there are some cross-training activities throughout this plan that you may want to consider (Cross-training (XT) – a non-running aerobic activity. Examples inc. cycling, swimming, rowing, elliptical, hiking, dancing, aqua-aerobics).
