Plan Description
This 5K Race plan for intermediate athletes offers power-based structured workouts to be used with a running power meter.
It is specifically not a Couch to 5K plan, its goal is prepare you for a 5K race over the period.
This plan uses a cyclical non-linear periodisation model with each week building on the preceding weeks.
We value variety, like to keep your plans interesting, and consider efficient movement patterns to be more important than simply hitting the right physiological zones, and this plan has been written to achieve these goals.
