馃敼M茅todo: Polarizado basado en Frecuencia Card铆aca.
馃敼Frecuencia de entrenamiento: 5 veces por semana incluidas sesiones de fuerza (de 3,5 a 5,5 horas/semana).
馃敼Test: Inicial y final para determinar las zonas de entrenamiento.

Entrenamiento por zonas de Entrenamiento por FC y ritmo, con sesiones:

-Sesiones regenerativas/recuperaci贸n.
-Sesiones de resistencia aer贸bica.
-Sesiones de ritmo de carrera.
-Sesiones de VO2Max/Umbral.
