Plan Description
Matthew Snowdon is a 14:40 5km, and ex England 800-1500m runner who has recently transitioned to triathlon and is being coached by The JK Journey.
Together we've paired our expertise to come up with a fully informed, holistic 5k plan to ensure that you have a 6 week block to make that next race yours.
Realistically this plan is more targeted towards intermediate - advanced runners. Those who are capable of running a sub 19 or 20 minute 5k, and doing mileage of over 40km per week as normal.
The JK Journey is a performance coaching service lead by Head Coach Jake Keast, a Medical Student, highly qualified coach, marine biologist and Oceans and Human Health researcher. Our passions are based around evidence based athlete development. With performance, integrity and sustainability at the heart of our focus. You can only be your best self when firing on all cylinders.
