Plan Description

This plan will help the non/beginner runner build the endurance and resilience to finish a 5k. Only equipment needed is a good pair of running shoes and you will use Rate of Perceived Exertion. If heart rate is desired, you will need a heart rate monitor to set zones and I will adjust the training plan as needed. I can be reached via email and will respond within 24 hours for any questions as you progress through the plan.
