This program uses a holistic approach of focusing on the MIND (education x 2 per week), BODY (4 workouts per week), and SOUL (Biblical focus on Perseverance once a week) to introduce an individual to running a 5K. This athlete should be able to continuously walk for 30 minutes. This is for someone who is new to running or starting over after a long break from running.
