Plan Description

Het trainingsschema is bedoeld voor lopers die starten van 0 en willen opbouwen naar 5km lopen.

Om dit verantwoord en goed te doen, is het trainingsschema 12 weken. Er zijn twee periodes van 6 weken met telkens een rustweek aan het einde.

Om dit trainingsschema te volgen, heb je een hartslagmeter nodig (idealiter een hartslagband, maar aan de pols is ook goed).

Het trainingsschema vormt de basis om te starten met sporten/lopen. Na het voltooien van de 5km en het trainingsschema kan je nieuwe doelen stellen.
