This plan is designed to be a SIMPLE framework for someone just starting out with running or attempting to run their first 5k. This plan is made using time goals each day instead of mileage.

This plan is 6 weeks in length and has you running/jogging 4 days a week. Optional cross training days are always available too.

I recommended stretching and working on flexibility a minimum of 3 days a week.
