Es freut uns das du dich für diesen Plan entschieden hast.
Der Plan zielt auf Athlet*innen die den 5k unter 20 Minuten laufen wollen.
Wenn du dein Ziel unter 20 Minuten erreichen willst solltest du bereits eine gute Grundfitness mitbringen und ca. 0–3 Jahre im Laufsport aktiv sein.
Dieser Plan enthält pro Woche 4 Läufe inkl. Athletiktraining um den Laufumfang und Intensität gut zu verkraften.
Es gibt jeweils 3 progressive Belastungswoche und 1 Entlastungswoche.
Achte bitte darauf das deine Trainingszonen korrekt eingestellt sind, dies kannst du am besten mit einer Leistungsdiagnostik bestimmen.
!!Gib deine Schwellengeschwindigkeit (FTP) und deine maximale Herzfrequenz in der App ein, damit der Plan perfekt an dich angepasst wird!!
