Plan Description
TARGET AUDIENCE
This training plan is based on 3 sessions per week. The schedule starts with Run/Walk to slowly reintroduce the body to the impact of running. It is specifically designed for beginners or individuals who want to resume running after a long-term injury.
The goal is to built up to a 5k parkrun without walking in Z2.
INTENSITY TYPE: TEMPO ZONES
This plan presents the intensity goal of each workout based on tempo. Set your zones based on a recent 5 or 10K race time. If you don't have one because you're just starting set your 5K time to 35 minutes and start from there.
100% STRUCTURED WORKOUTS
Each workout can be exported to a supported device, which will automatically guide you through the session with duration, lap, and intensity prompts.
