Thanks for checkout out the "Complete Your 1st 5K Training Plan - for Beginners - 8 weeks" training plan. This plan is designed SPECIFICALLY for very new runners and beginners. The goal of this plan is to help new runners train to complete 1st 5k.

If you are interested in starting this plan, you should be in relatively good health and able to move, walk, and run without pain. If there is plan, please stop and/or lessen the time or distance.

This plan is simple: run just 4 days a week. If you would like to do more, you are more than welcome to! At a minimum, make sure you do 4 days/week.

This plan is 8 weeks long, which is plenty of time to prepare anyone for their first 5k! It may seem daunting now (running 3.1 miles or 5km) but by the end of these 8 weeks, it will feel easy. The goal each day is to run/jog at an easy pace. Easy pace means you could carry a conversation with someone as you ran.
