Plan Description

If you have little ones at home or grown kids this program is for you!

This is an 8 week experience for moms who are looking to begin their fitness journey!  This is for moms who are new to exercise and includes a very simple walking program that progresses to running.  If you are a beginner runner this program is also for you.  You will have a daily schedule through Training Peaks where you will have walking/running, strength training (no gym membership needed!), nutrition tips, mindfulness exercises, mobility to help you stay limber and monthly group meetings through Zoom where I will answer questions and provide an opportunity for you to interact with other moms just like you!  Fill out the form below when you register!  After you register you will be sent a link to Training Peaks and a link for the Zoom meetings.  You will also have access to a private Facebook Group with others in this program.  In the group there will be discussions and pop up Facebook live meetings.
