Plan Description

This is an easy, beginner Couch to 5K training program designed for those who have little to no experience running or have been sitting on the couch. This program starts with an easy 25 minute walk and continues to build with slow, short intervals of running to ease into the training. The idea is to have a 5K race at the end of the 8 weeks to stay motivated and test your fitness.
