Performance
In this plan you find a mix of running and walking in the beginning and some mental and nutrition advices to make the best out of the training.
Mental Power
Even on days that you’re not running, it’s important to keep your training going, just in a different way! Our mental power exercises help you in strengthening your breathing, improving your sleep and keeping you mentally motivated and strong. With a blend of breathing, gentle movement and writing exercises, you’ll notice how important recovery and self-care are in reaching your goals!
Nutrition
On top of physical and mental training, nutrition will favor the adaptations your body is going through, to build endurance and resilience. Aim for whole foods and focus on your main meals to fuel your training and get your body ready to go when you need it.
