This is a training plan designed for people who are not used to running and want to start or for people who have been out of training for a long time and need a little incentive to return.
The objective of these four weeks is to make you run, without worrying about rhythm, our achievement now is to win the distance of 5kms.
Don't be too demanding, but be committed and I'm sure after those 4 weeks you'll be running.
