¿Estas pensando en empezar a correr y no sabes cómo?

Si no presentas ninguna patología contraria a la practica deportiva y tras una revisión médica cuentas con la autorización de tu médico, este plan de 12 semanas te llevará a poder completar una carrera de 5 km con la suficiente garantía para ello.

Además de un plan con una progresión adecuada para todas aquellas personas que quieren empezar a correr, también se contemplan diferentes ejercicios de fuerza y técnica, con un máximo de 4 horas a la semana. Estos ejercicios de fuerza son imprescindibles para una buena adaptación y evitar posibles lesiones en un futuro.

Por lo que ya sabes cómo empezar a correr!! Solamente queda un paso, y comprometerte durante las próximas doce semanas para experimentar la carrera y sus sensaciones en ti.
