Hi, I'm Jamie Hunter. Creator of the program and head coach of Run Vault Performance. I'm thrilled you are here with me and have made the decision to get started towards your run to 5K.

It wasn't that long ago I found my passion for running. When a loved family member was diagnosed with a debilitating and incurable illness, I found running to be my daily cleanse and it would help me rationalise my thoughts.

Running then became a part of me and I haven't looked back! I've made many mistakes over my running years, from burning out, to fatigue & trying to do too much too soon.

It wasn't until I realised, running is a lifestyle and consistency is needed over time for it to blend naturally into my busy life. It's now a part of me!

This program is designed for just that. To guide you on a safe, yet enjoyable journey over the next 9 weeks, so you can accomplish something you never thought possible, running 5km's non stop!
