7 week 5k Running Program, For a beginner runner that is looking to start training or for anyone that is looking to get into running
Program builds into being able to accomplish longer runs with no walking plus speed work and then tappers in to the 5k effort
Set up with easy to follow instructions
No special equipment needed just comfortable Running shoes and a way to track and log runs
The weekly running workouts can be altered around anyone's work schedule if needed
40min - 2 hour weeks
Cross training mixed in, that Can be For cycling, strength, and Elliptical. If looking to do strength training on those days I will set up a strength Program for the athlete
