Plan Description

Running is pretty simple thing to do. All you need is some comfortable kit and comfortable shoes. Ensure you always have a water bottle with you and add a foam roller to your armory. THAT IS IT. NOW you are ready to tackle this plan and run your first 5km over the course of 2 months. Slowly but surely with this plan it WILL happen. Not all about running there are some social walks and adventurous runs that ensure you are rested and adapting to the training. The first few weeks run on a grass field this will help your body with the loading your body and legs will go through, thus, keeping away from common injuries like shin splints and tight feet or runners knee.
