This is an intermediate run program that goes off of run pace. This program has a verity of run work outs that will help build speed and power. There are 3-4 run work outs a week. This program incorporates several different strength training exercises that will help build speed, power, and help with injury prevention. There is 1 recovery week where we have 2 rest days and low impact work outs. This week will help you recover so that you can go hard the next week! There is 1 taper week that has high intensity/ less volume and gets you ready for race day!
