Plan Description
5km in unter 20min- Challenge accepted! Dieser Plan richtet sich an Läufer*innen, die gelegentlich hochintensive trainieren (HIT) und ein wöchentliches Laufpensum von ca. 35-45km mitbringen. Zwölf Wochen sind in drei Blöcke mit unterschiedlichen Schwerpunkten unterteilt. Besonders die Verbesserung der VO2max durch HIT-Training liegt hier im Vordergrund. Außerdem sorgen Einheiten im Bereich der Wettkampfgeschwindigkeit und niedrigintensives Training (LIT) für eine erhöhte Ausschöpfung der VO2max und metabolische Ökonomisierung. Entlastungswochen, Präventionsmaßnahmen und eine progressive Steigerung von Umfang und Intensität sorgen wir dafür, dass ihr möglichst verletzungsfrei durch eure 5km-Vorbereitung kommt.
