Se trata de un plan de entrenamiento para una carrera de 10k - 15k con un desnivel positivo aproximado de unos 800m.
El programa de entrenamiento esta constituido:
- 3 tipos de calentamientos específicos
- 2 programa de fuerza
- 1 entrenamiento de prevención de lesiones
- 1 programa de trabajo de core.
Se trata de un programa sencillo de entrenamiento pero no para iniciarse en el trail ya que hay entrenamientos de calidad.
