Requirements
To start this plan, you should be able to:
• Run continuously for at least 10–12 km
• Train consistently 5–6 days per week
• Have significant prior structured training experience
• Already possess a well-developed aerobic base
• Be ready to begin race-specific training without an extended base phase
• Be committed to a performance-focused training process
A GPS watch and heart rate monitor are strongly recommended for the best results.
