Is This Plan For You?
This 4-week 10K Advanced Maintenance plan by GA Endurance is designed for experienced runners who want to maintain their fitness between race-specific training cycles.
It is ideal for athletes who can comfortably run 10–12 km, already possess a well-developed aerobic base, and want to preserve endurance, threshold capacity, speed, and running economy without preparing for a specific race date.
This is not a fitness-building or race-peaking program. It provides a short, balanced training structure that helps you remain consistent and ready to transition into your next race-specific plan.
What You Can Expect
• A structured 4-week block designed to maintain advanced 10K fitness
• Balanced aerobic, threshold, speed, and neuromuscular training
• Controlled interval, tempo, hill, and endurance sessions
• Aerobic support without unnecessary peak-training stress
• Targeted work to maintain running economy and speed endurance
• Recovery built into the structure to support consistency
