Plan Description

This plan should lead you to a new PB over the 10k distance..The training plan includes 3–5 workouts per week, with a total time investment of approximately 4 hours during a light week and 6 hours during a heavy week. The training intensity increases slightly for three weeks, followed by a recovery week. All sessions are designed as structured workout to upload to your Garmin Forerunner.
