Está orientado a atletas amateur de nivel medio–alto que ya cuentan con una base sólida de entrenamiento y buscan optimizar su rendimiento en las semanas previas a competir.

El objetivo no es entrenar más, sino entrenar mejor: reducir fatiga, afinar sensaciones y ayudarte a llegar en tu mejor versión el día de la competencia.

A lo largo de estas semanas trabajarás con:

Sesiones estructuradas de carrera
Ritmo de competencia
Trabajo aeróbico controlado
Ejercicios de fuerza complementarios enfocados en estabilidad, control y prevención

Además, cada sesión incluye indicaciones técnicas (cues) y el plan cuenta con mensajes semanales que te ayudarán a ejecutar correctamente cada entrenamiento.
