This 10-week advanced 10K plan is designed for experienced runners aiming to peak for a high-performance race or personal best. The plan includes higher weekly volume, frequent quality workouts, and race-specific training designed to sharpen fitness, improve threshold speed, and build the endurance required to maintain strong pacing over the full 10K. Training progresses from aerobic development into more demanding race-paced work, finishing with a structured taper leading into race day.

Ideal for experienced runners who can handle higher training loads and want a performance-focused build.
Training structure includes 5+ runs per week, featuring intervals, threshold/tempo work, aerobic mileage, race pace sessions, and long runs that support endurance and durability.
