🏆 The Ultimate 8-Week Race Specific Block
You already have the aerobic base. You are strong. But are you ready for the "Roxzone"?
This plan is the "Competition Phase" (the final 8 weeks) of our full 16-week program. It is designed for athletes who are less than 2 months away from Race Day and need to switch immediately from general training to specific HYROX simulation.
The Goal: Teach your body to run fast on "jelly legs" and crush the stations without spiking your heart rate.
Plan Features
- Duration: 8 Weeks (Race Peaking)
- Focus: 100% Race Specificity (No "junk miles")
- Level: Intermediate - 4 Running sessions + 2 Gym sessions
- Simulations Included: Every Saturday transforms into a Race Simulation (Run + Stations)
- The Weekly Structure (Weeks 1 to 6)
- 🏋️♂️ Gym: We focus on Power & Speed. Lighter weights moving fast to build explosiveness (Monday) + Accessory/Pre-hab work (Wednesday).
- 🏃 Running: Mid-week sessions target Lactate Threshold and VO2 Max to keep your engine sharp.
- 🚀 Saturday Simulations: The core of this plan. Integrated workouts (e.g., Run 1km + Wall Balls + Run 1km + Burpees) to simulate race agony.
- The Taper (Weeks 7 & 8)
- 📉 Peaking: A structured 2-week taper to shed fatigue while keeping intensity high, ensuring you arrive at the starting line feeling fresh and fast.
