El presente plan está desarrollado para personas que quieran incursionar y tener como objetivo realizar y terminar 10 kilómetros, agregando estímulos no solo de trote continuo, sino que también con entrenamientos de intervalos y de fuerza, distribuidos de la siguiente manera:

- Entrenamiento de carrera cuatro veces por semana (trote suave, trote de larga distancia e intervalos)
- Entrenamiento de fuerza y CORE una a dos veces por semana
- Descanso dos días por semana

Las semanas están distribuidas de tal manera que hay semanas de cargas más elevadas y otras semanas más bajas para promover la recuperación, y que puedas rendir de la mejor manera.
