Con este plan de 5 semanas podrás correr tus primeros 5 kilómetros sin morir en el intento. Está diseñado para progresar de forma segura, aumentando poco a poco tu resistencia y confianza.

El plan comienza un lunes, pero a partir de la segunda semana se entrena de martes a domingo, dejando el lunes como día de descanso.
Por supuesto, puedes ajustar los días según tu disponibilidad —lo importante es respetar el orden y la progresión de los entrenamientos.

Además, se incluyen 2 días de entrenamiento de fuerza con ejercicios básicos que puedes realizar en casa o en el gimnasio. Estos complementarán tu trabajo de carrera y te ayudarán a prevenir lesiones, mejorar la postura y aumentar tu rendimiento.
