This 8-week 10K plan is designed to improve your fitness in a sustainable, repeatable way, whatever your current level. You’ll develop the key foundations that matter most for a better 10K: aerobic endurance, pacing control, running economy, and the ability to hold form as effort rises. Sessions progress week to week with a balanced mix of easy running, steady aerobic work, and carefully dosed faster running to build speed endurance without burning you out.
Every workout is structured with clear guidance on effort and focus, so you always know what you’re doing and why. The goal is simple: consistent training, smart progression, and arriving at race week feeling prepared—not battered.
Perfect for: Anyone training for a 10K—first-timers, returners, and experienced runners—who wants a clear plan that builds fitness, confidence, and race-day execution.
